Studying in London

University Bachelor Courses usually have a duration of three to four years and the year is divided into 2 or 3 periods. The international students requirements include: knowledge of the English Language, in which you would need a minimum score of 6.0 in the IELTS test, and an additional year known as University Foundation Year or competitive A-Level qualifications.

For the master programs or PhD , duration of the programme is one or two years and the degree is obtained by completing the academic program. Masters students can continue studying a doctorate title or PhD if desired. For international students interested in these types of study, it is necessary to have a University Bachelor’s degree and good knowledge of the English language (IELTS level 6.5). For the MBA program in particular, is an essential requirement to have a minimum of two years of post-university professional experience.

London, one of the capitals of the world, is also recognized for being a little expensive. To study in the UK, it is necessary that you includde in your budget the cost of the course, food , accommodation, transport and, books, and photocopies.

It is also important to remember that although you come to London to study, you also have the possibility to enjoy what this country has to offer as well as traveling around Europe. Therefore it is important that you include in your budget your leisure time costs.

You must also take into account that there are many stores in London that offer discount in clothing and food.
